100% Remote Job Description: Monitoring to ensure threats are identified and escalated across multiple business units. Acting as a senior analyst to monitor complex alerts and investigations, providing resolution with in-depth analysis.Leading firewall reviews, ensuring configurations adhere to security best practices and identifying any potential vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.Conducting Information Security Reviews (ISR) of services/applications integrated with Akamai, ensuring compliance with security standards and guidelines.Coordinating with Incident Response and engineering teams during security incidents, providing support and expertise to facilitate timely resolution.Documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) for new processes and use cases, ensuring clear guidelines for execution and continuity.Mandatory skills: We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) who are within our budget.Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and investigative skills.Along with hands-on experience in Splunk or other SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) technology, and email security analysis.
