We are seeking a Security/Incident Management Analyst with good basic knowledge as a system administrator and advanced skill as far as Cybersecurity and Malware Analysis is concerned. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of operating systems, network protocols and information security best practices, in addition to a good grasp of Cybersecurity and Malware Analysis concepts.
The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
Analyse the security vulnerabilities of existing systems and identify possible threats.Implement and manage effective IT security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive company data and information.Conduct forensic analyses and investigations related to possible IT security breaches.Conduct in-depth research on current cyber threats to improve knowledge and understand the potential risks to the business.Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement information security policies and procedures.Help analyse system vulnerabilities and define preventive and reactive measures.Work with the Software Development Team to suggest product improvements or report customer requests.Requirements:Degree in computer science or a similar field (or equivalent work experience).Knowledge in Cybersecurity and Malware Analysis;Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;Knowledge of cyber security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS;Ability to perform system log, vulnerability and malware analysis;Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Place of work:Work From Home: YESType of Contract: Permanent
