Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A ., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage financial securities for the purpose of providing outsourced securities services to external clients
Manage info providers and market data, mainly from Borsa Italiana: read, understand and apply the contents of the Borsa Italiana notices to enter the relevant data in all packaged software systems and advise customers for the update generated in the registry by the news of the Stock Exchange Italian
Census and maintain of data on securities (bonds; abs and mbs; shares; warrants and certificates; ETFs, ETNs and ETCs) and data on legal entities
Request ISIN validation from the Bank of Italy and verify the data entered with a monthly report
Manage internal and external Clients relationship
Profile required Studies & experience:
Bachelor's degree ( Economics, Finance, Linguistics)
A first experience in Financial Industry
Language skills:
Italian – native
English – B2
French – A2
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Good knowledge of Office package
Knowledge of some info-providers such as Bloomberg, Six-Financial ( Telekurs ) and ICE (kler's) is appreciated
Sound knowledge of Financial instruments and markets structures
Deep understanding of the italian financial taxation system
