We are looking for a dynamic and organised person for the role of Secretarial and Operational Support Officer, with preference for candidates with a technical background. The selected person will be responsible for managing secretarial activities, operational support within the order portal, and interaction with parents and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Main responsibilities: Secretarial management: Draft customer feedback texts, manage official communications.Management of the order portal: Upload and update orders within the company portal, monitoring progress and reporting any discrepancies or need for intervention.Support in managing the meal booking portal: Provide assistance to parents regarding the school canteen meal booking portal, in collaboration with the colleague already in charge.Requirements: Technical training: Diploma or degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, business management, or similar) preferred.Experience: In a similar role, preferably in an administrative or management context.Excellent knowledge of the Office package: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with the use of management portals and online platforms.Interaction skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, interfacing with colleagues from different company areas.Organizational attitude: Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.About us: Organizational culture oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement.Possibility of using, at a symbolic price, the company restaurant or similar.Support for psychological well-being through an online platform that operates anonymously and confidentially, also available to family members.Continuous technical and transversal training policy both in person and with a dedicated e-learning platform.Direct hiring on a fixed-term basis.
