St. Matthew's House has been serving the Southwest Florida community for over 35 years, providing food, shelter, and support to those in need. Our retail stores play a crucial role in funding our programs, and with the opening of a new store, we are seeking individuals who are committed to our mission and eager to help us provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Duties: As a Seasonal Retail Associate, your responsibilities may include:
Providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and making recommendations that align with our mission. Operating the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.Assisting with organizing merchandise and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to create a welcoming environment. Helping with the set-up and movement of furniture and other large items, ensuring the store is ready for customers.Ensuring that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and safe for customers.Supporting the team in other tasks as needed to ensure a successful store opening and operation.What We're Looking For: Passionate individuals with a heart for service and a positive attitude.
