- Executing the necessary bookings with our partners through destinations offices
- Executing collections as per customer's request
- Executing the requisite data entry
- Executing financial tasks related to operational activities

Customer satisfaction and CARE in support of the CCL
Customs Clearance
Operational Data Quality
Billing/FSL Handling/Payables
Any other operational activity needed to deliver the Customer Promise
