Your Role
Your Responsibilities**:
- To instruct origin office for booking activities generating highest profit possible and fulfilling customer's expectation
- To complete shipment details in our internal data management system (Carrier/ Vessel, Item description, etc)
- To perform custom clearance activities and ensure duty invoicing and collection
- To coordinate with hauliers and carriers in order to perform delivery activities as per customer's request maximizing our profit
- To update shipment details into internal tools to ensure customer's visibility and respecting operational process
- To ensure a proper communication flow with Customer Care in order to maintain customers updated on shipment status
- To immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to the direct report and manage 1st level escalation (internal/external)
- To monitor operational performance of carriers and other vendors and escalate / create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered - Initiate and resolve any rate discrepancies
- To monitor team's performance and support team in case of need
- To support the Customer Care team in resolving complaints
- To perform financial as per existing guidelines ( invoicing, gp confirmation, invoices acknowledge, fsl preparation)
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Import Freight Forwarding background is a must-have
- 2/5 years of experience in Sea Logistics Field
- Fluency in English
