Sea Logistics Intermodal Specialist

**YOUR ROLE **:Resource will join Intermodal team within BU SeaLogistics; main tasks will be allocation of Merchant Haulage FCL jobs both import and export to approved suppliers.
He/she will work together with Operational Care Centers to find best solutions to pick-up and deliver containers from/top ports as per customers requirements.
Will be in charge for proper cost and revenue allocations and suppliers handling.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Validate, notify and raise charges and cost accruals for any out of scope haulage charges.
- Maintain haulage tariff master file, to maximise the use of auto rate functionality.
- To raise supplier rate confirmations, working with them to resolve any discrepancies prior to invoice.
- To evaluate and respond to any haulage charge discrepancies from internal customers / CCL's
- Resolve supplier disputes, which may require investigation and decision making within agreed financial tolerances.
commercial decisions on day to day activities and where deviations occur evaluate and escalate where appropriate.
- Managing own workload so that daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed on time.
- Able to adjust priorities where required.
