Project description This opening is for an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft is working with the OEM teams to deliver next generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultra sound sensors, internal and external Radars. Luxoft is collaborating on Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture areas with the OEM directly. Luxoft is expected to deliver quality and expert support in the above areas, drive topics independently, and liaise with other OEM stakeholders to remove blockers. The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver with a never give up attitude and be a self-starter who can think of out-of-box solutions. The successful candidate will be a team player, displaying a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs. Responsibilities Coach Squad: Promote transparency, accountability, and self-management; create a safe space, promote trust, and empowerment; promote and guide Agile adoption. Ensure Jira data consistency: Perform common checks to ensure program reporting data consistency; ensure that squad activities are reflected on Jira issues; update Jira issues to reflect ML status. Guiding Squad/s planning: Ensure PO is clear on Squad ambition & setting sprint/PI goals; support the PO in allocating backlog stories to sprints according to overall program milestones and priorities; support the squad during stories estimation by proposing story points criteria aligned to Agile best practices. Hold Effective Ceremonies: Arrange meetings aligned with SCRUM's ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint showcase, sprint retrospective, big room planning - BRP); create meeting series according to squad availability; contribute to meeting agenda definition; ensure that all planned topics will be discussed; provide and promote common formats to share meeting outcomes. Identification & Removal of Obstacles: Manage Obstacle Board to set criteria; own obstacles/facilitate communication; manage obstacles escalation to GSM. Maintain Squad Metrics: Monitor the sprint/PI execution and analyze squad performances against program metrics and priorities; analyze standard SCRUM reports (e.g., velocity chart, burndown chart) and discuss them with the squad during the sprint retrospective to highlight good results and pain points. Own Squad Results: Be accountable for squad's performances and delivery results; keep track of squad deliverables. SKILLS Must have Experience as a Scrum Master (5 years) Good understanding and demonstrated experience on the following topics: Tech awareness on topics and high-level goals to decompose those in epics (Functional Safety, embedded development, Automotive ASPICE awareness, SWE1, 2, 3 especially) SM practices Dependency tracking, risks and impediments created in Jira and tracked until resolution in JIRA Goals from the project and tracking during the sprint execution Highly proactive and taking initiatives Nice to have Knowledge of AUTOSAR Working experience in Automotive Field J-18808-Ljbffr
