Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Scrum Master to join our international team and play a key role in facilitating the adoption of Agile Scrum methodologies within our software development team.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.Location: Italy - Genova – Roma - TriesteActivities ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.Help the team to identify and remove impediments to progress.Promote continuous improvement within the team.Protect the team from distractions and ensure they are focused on delivering value.Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and aligned with business goals.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to promote Agile practices across the organization.Requirements3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with Agile tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Professional English.
