About the Role Our goal is to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an architectural design software that offers exceptional graphic visualization and usability. We are currently developing the first BIM software that is linked to the direct production of buildings.
Scrum Masters in Zuru help teams to improve sprint by sprint, guaranteeing the most valuable equilibrium between innovation, quality and design. Through day by day activities, Scrum Masters keep people motivated and monitor sprint improvements. During ceremonies, Scrum Masters are focused on team results, team inspection and adaptation in order to reach desired and excellent performances.
What You Will Do: Facilitate Scrum Events (daily standup meeting, refinement, review, retrospective, planning)Monitor work progress and identify potential risks and obstacles, then help teams to identify and prevent themSupport Product Owners and Group Tech Lead in Roadmap definition, Backlog planning and Capacity definitionCare about motivation (both at team and individual level)Guide Developers and all Stakeholders involved to continuously improve by applying Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles and practices Report to CTO and CDOSounds Nice?
