**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process**
- Drive the day-to-day process of software product delivery using Agile development principles and practices
- Run daily stand-up meetings, planning games, showcases, and retrospectives and all other Agile ceremonies
- Track agreed metrics on a regular basis and keep Delivery Managers up-to-date providing visibility on the delivery
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team in order to maximized value
**Product**
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a strategic product roadmap that identifies deliverables and milestones,
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst in defining user stories and establishing and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
- Support the Product Owner in planning work to be done, in order to ensure the return on investment is maximized, and that regular releases achieve strategic goals that fulfil the product vision.
- Support the Product Owner and the team to identify and articulate acceptance criteria that capture the details of user stories.
**Team**
- Grow an effective self-organized and cross-functional team, focused on delivering high-value products.
- Be able to sustain the team at every stage of its growing path, adapting Scrum Master behavior to team stages
- Ensure the team has everything it needs to do its job and remove any obstacles.
- Facilitate discussions to create consensus agreement and binding decisions.
Encourage accountability and ownership through commitments, act as a conflict navigator and problem solver.
- Promote learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing and encourage creativity.
Help the team to continuously improve its behavior and processes through regular inspection and adaptation cycles.
- Coach and train teams and organization in order to really embrace agility
**Leadership**
- Lead by example, act as a servant-leader, use your leadership to let people understand how to grow and improve continuously
- Be a constant source of inspiration for the team.
- Work with the team to identify and mitigate issues and risks.
- Support teams in understanding how Agile is shaped in day-by-day processes and practices
**Agile Promotion**
- Proactively seek opportunities to promote Agile in the Development Centre and in the whole Company,
- Act like an evangelist to spread the Agile mindset and explain the methods benefits.
- Participate in agile events, be proactive inside Company agile community.
**Skills/experience/education**:
- Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org);
- Proven Scrum Master experience;
- Good skills in coaching, training and mentoring;
- Strong sense of accountability;
- Committed to develop a 'can-do' culture;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks other than Scrum as a plus.
