We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for: Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodology Supporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlog Constantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologies Constantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needs Supporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders Requirements Certification as SCRUM Master At least 3 years of proven experience in Agile software development contexts within complex IT projects At least 2 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodology Predisposition to team collaboration and coaching Experience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.g.
