For this reason, we have decided to develop new personal services (e.g., prevention, assistance, digital services) that will supplement our traditional insurance offer to support our customers in their everyday lives, especially in their interactions through digital channels.
We want to significantly strengthen the role of Information Technology within our organization by digitizing processes, tools, and by extending our technology assets. We are looking for junior developers, engineers, and digital technology enthusiasts to accompany us on our journey, interacting with our Agile squads and the technologies we have chosen for this transformation (e.g., containers, cloud architectures, micro-services).
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for:Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodologySupporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlogConstantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologiesConstantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needsSupporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholders RequirementsCertification as SCRUM MasterAt least 3 years of proven experience in Agile software development contexts within complex IT projectsAt least 2 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodologyPredisposition to team collaboration and coachingExperience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.g. Jira and Confluence)Propensity to simplifying processesExcellent analytical and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level) Company Profile
