Job Description Your Responsibilities Lead development team applying Agile/Scrum to produce high-quality and productive project work Guide and coach the team to higher agile and scrum maturity Empower the team to be self-organized, while still holding accountable overall project delivery Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
