Your Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
Inspect and evaluate the shortage items and resolve shortcomings
Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Involve project team as a SCM window to ensure all SAP data is ready for secure material on time according to MLC status
Maintain close communication with HQ in Germany for SCM issues
Your Qualifications Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Fluent in English Understanding of Microsoft Office and business application SAP MM Module A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a similar field preferred Familiarity with Power BI and RPA tools is a plus CPIM certification is a plus As a global company with employees around the world, we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
