Ubgen Srl, a company operating in the production and distribution of biomaterials in the dental field, is looking for a professional figure for the management and expansion of the scientific community in the dental field, as well as for maintaining relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders.The figure must be a key support in the team for achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
The resource will have as its main objective the recruitment and management of Key Opinion Leaders in the dental sector both nationally and internationally.
Main tasks:
- Management of scientific projects aimed at consolidating the company brand and enhancing the scientific value of the product
- Recruitment, management and support of opinion leaders in the dental field
- Event planning and organization support - collaborations with scientific societies - partnerships (planning and organization of events / management of all aspects and multiple activities that lead to the final realization of an event: from the creative and conception phase to the executive, collaboration and coordination with the various figures involved)
- Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Competitor analysis
- Collaboration with the Management and the Marketing Team to implement the communication strategy to align with the business objectives (at a scientific level)
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
Skills and Characteristics:
- Preferably a degree in science
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of the English language (and preferably Spanish)
- Goal and customer orientation.
- Ability to manage working times and adequate verbal standing.
