This role is pivotal in shaping and executing global strategies for Drug Product Characterization and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT).
As a Scientific Leader, you will be responsible for generating science-based insights into product characteristics and enhancing product/process understanding. Your role will involve designing tailored characterization approaches and spearheading the adoption of innovative analytical tools, by develop people capabilities through matrix leadership. These efforts will support Drug Product development by generating timely data to construct robust drug products by design.
You will also play a key role in the adoption of emerging technologies to accelerate clinical program development. This includes leading the creation of funding proposals for resources and CAPEX to meet scientific workstream milestones.
Your influence will extend to fostering collaborations to access innovative technologies, influencing portfolio progression through the introduction of new technologies into product development programs, and shaping regulatory and commercialization strategies.
Furthermore, as a Scientific Leader, you will lead, design, and execute scientific studies in support of technical development programs. You will represent Drug Product in the Technical Development Team for complex projects, author regulatory source reports, and contribute to the writing and reviewing of regulatory submissions.

Why you?Basic Qualifications& Skills: PhD with 3+ years of post-doc and/or job-related experience, with experience in Vaccine/Biotech technical development and understanding of secondary unit operations;
Understanding of drug product degradation pathways;
Knowledge on mass-spectrometry, spectroscopic, chromatographic, compositional analyzers, fixed purpose sensors and continuous process;
Knowledge on automated and statistical data analysis, chemometrics and overall Quality by Design principles.
Excellent intercommunication skills
Fluency in English
