JOB MISSION: The mission of this role is to bridge the gap between complex scientific research and consumer-friendly communication, empowering our audience with accurate, clear, and engaging information about the science and sustainability behind our beauty products.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Documentation: Assist in creating storytelling and proofreading technical documents, position papers.Social Media Support: Collaborate with the social media team to provide scientifically accurate content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Content Adaptation: Help adapt complex scientific data for diverse audiences, including consumers, influencers, and beauty professionals, ensuring that technical content is accessible and understandable.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with the technical department, communication, and marketing to ensure a unified communication strategy.Event Support: Assist in the preparation of content and materials for scientific events.Visual Content: Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing infographics, charts, and other visual aids that convey scientific concepts and product benefits.PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTSMaster's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Communication, or a related field.Passionate about science and its application in the beauty industry.Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to convey complex scientific topics to non-specialists.Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and dermatological terms is a plus.Experience with digital communication platforms (blogs, social media) is an advantage.Attention to detail and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with content management systems.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYIn Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
