We are looking for a talented student to join our team for our School To Work , Product Management  in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: The Cummins-Meritor Cooperative Education Student who is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Analytics.
The primary role of the school-to-work student is to support the Cummins-Meritor Aftermarket Product Line Team.
This can include participation in strategic initiatives, product planning, lifecycle management, pricing, and other key activities of product management..
The student will, at the same time, gain real world experience and education in the field of product management and data analytics in a business-to-business environment.
Analyzing part categories for profitability Preparing reports as required.
Improving part catalog and e-commerce information Participating in supplier evaluation Managing day-to-day activities such as responding to field questions and internal issues Supporting Product Managers strategic initiatives To be successful in this role you will need the following:  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred.
Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and within teams as needed.
Demonstrates written and oral communication skills, including presentation creation.
Strong teamwork and ability to interact with all levels of the organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in ERP and other data systems Education, Licenses, Certification  Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Analytics  Post-Secondary:  Must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters.
Must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA.
Compensation and Benefits  Base salary rate is commensurate with experience.
Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
