In this role, the Trainee is expected to acquire basic skills of Project Scheduling by performing all the activities pertaining to the planning within a Project (or part thereof), under the supervision of the Head of Project Management, the Project Manager and the Senior Scheduler, in full compliance with Contracts and Company's quality requirements.
She/He will have the opportunity to learn all typical phases of wind and solar onshore projects (tendering, development, execution and close out), including all aspects relevant to authorization processes and permits, engineering issues, procurement topics and construction steps.
Job Description:The Trainee will support in the following activities:
Definition of the Work Breakdown Structure, wherever required;Preparation of the Project Schedule (or part thereof) at the different levels;Identification and analysis of the Critical Path;Preparation of "what-if" delay analysis;Issue of planning reports, outputs and presentations;Development of procedures (if required);Performing the periodical schedule control, assessing physical progress of the project and evidencing any deviations towards the approved baselines;Monitoring the performance of Contractors and Subcontractors in terms of efficiency and progress.Key Requirements Engineering master's degreeFluent Italian and English written and spoken; Spanish is a nice to haveGood knowledge of ExcelTeamworking skillsEnthusiasm and proactivityResults orientation and flexibility, respecting deadlinesCritical analytical thinkingThe knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project and/or Planisware will be a plus.
