Assists and interacts with the AMSB staff and Warehouse.
Inventory, monitors and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility.
Co-ordinates any requirements Responsible for the property accounting/posting control.
Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures.
Conduct Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO.
Conduct warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency.
Scan equipment, update databases and labelling of equipment.
Willing to manage and handle materials.
Some physical work, e.g.
moving and lifting of equipment, should be expected.
In addition, the Contractor needs to be familiar with the handling and safety issues of handling CIS Assets (equipment).
Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas.
Requirements:   Skill, Knowledge & Experience: The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with 4 years' minimum experience.
Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy.
Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies.
Experience in Stock Management processes.
Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems
