About the Role
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Business Application Professional who will join the ongoing development of our ERP area and manage the project deployment of ERP digital transformation. The professional will be focused on the implementation, data migration, and configuration that drive SAP business processes and will work closely with SAP Industrial Operations Manager and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and implementation. He/She will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.
Responsibilities
Engaging with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution, determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals Acting as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams Performing estimates and manage planning Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with SAP Industrial Operations Manager and IT Vendors Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs. Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience Application support and training of end-users Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (WM/MM/PP) based on business requirements Demonstrated expertise in integrating SAP modules, specifically WM/MM with PP, QM and SD Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP Logistics.
Requirements
MSc in Management Engineering or in STEM 3+ years of experience in the same role and function; Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications; Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration; Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules WM (Warehouse structure in WM system, Basic Stock Management, Production Staging, Warehouse Movements, Put away and Picking Strategies, Storage Unit Management, Mobile Data Entry- RF, and Bar Code devices.) and MM/Logistics (Inventory Management, Delivery Management); Experience in integration of SAP with external WMS system operated by 3PL providers Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP; Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence; Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end-users. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks; Proficient English both written and oral; Strong communication and analytical skills. System Integration consulting experience is a plus; SAP Certification is a plus; Knowledge of PP/QM module and Material variant and configuration is a plus; Location: Hybrid
