Collecting and analyzing requirements from local business (mainly Italy/France but also Croatia-Serbia) and from ABB Group. Creating and maintaining the Business Blueprint (BBP - detailed process description and requirements document). Performing internal tests and support users' tests if needed. Proactively supporting the introduction, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services. Creating and executing plans for SAP requirements and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software. Supporting the Application Run Organization in the incident and problem resolution when functional verification is required. Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in computer science or economics or a similar discipline. At least 5 years of experience as SAP SD Functional Analyst with at least 2 full SAP project implementation.Knowledge of SAP SD module and strong integration with other Logistic/Production modules. Knowledge of SAP CS module.Experience in query design and basic ABAP skills oriented to debugging. Understanding of Sales and Logistic processes. Experience considered as a plus: S/4 HANA implementation.Fluent English and Italian both written and spoken.
