We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Configuration Manager to lead and optimize product and service configuration management across the full lifecycle.
As a Configuration Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and streamlining configuration management processes across product lifecycles from R&D to manufacturing within a dynamic digitally transforming environment.
Your expertise in SAP S4 digital thread and PLM systems will drive efficiency compliance and innovation ensuring product consistency and quality.
Location: Europe (Poland preferred) Work setup: Fully remote Tasks Global Template Development: Create and customize a global configuration management template for use across product design and manufacturing phases.
Configuration Strategy: Define strategies for managing product configurations ensuring seamless integration between R&D design transfer and production processes.
Digital Thread & PLM Integration: Leverage your knowledge of digital thread to assist in the digital transformation of our PLM system ensuring full integration of digital processes.
Process Harmonization: Standardize configuration management practices across teams and departments fostering collaboration and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Change Control & Versioning: Oversee change management and version control to ensure traceability and compliance with GMP and ISO standards .
SAP Integration: Use your expertise in SAP S4 to enhance configuration workflows working closely with IT and digital transformation teams.
Requirements Experience: Minimum of 4 years in configuration management ideally within a GMPregulated industry.
PLM & SAP Expertise: Practical experience with PLM systems (especially during digital transformation) and strong familiarity with SAP S4 or similar ERP systems.
Digital Thread: Indepth understanding of digital thread concepts and their practical application in configuration management.
Analytical & DetailOriented: Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving complex problems Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus.
