SAP Project Manager ( Italian speaking)

We are looking forProject Manager with proven experience in SAP ERP implementation. Implementation project is already ongoing. We are implementing SAP ECC 6 which is the current version used by the company, in a manufacturing plant in Italy.
- Minimum 10-15 years of overall experience in managing SAP transformation, implementation and AMS projects
- Transformation, implementation and roll out experience
- Manage Project lifecycle viz initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as the business, the sponsor, the team, the vendors, and the consultants
- Define the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks of the project. Monitor and control the project progress, communicate the status and issues, and ensure the project meets the expectations and requirements of the business and the sponsor.
- Technical exposure to key modules like MM, PP, SD, WM and FICO and SAP system architecture, configuration, integration, and customization
- Exposure to Application Management and services, ITSM
- Conversant to Project Management tools and methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile or Waterfall
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage the project team as well as the ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Written and speaking proficiency in English and Italian Languages is must

- Highly experienced in SAP Program/Project delivery. 3-5 End to end implementations experience. Solid in project execution.
- SAP experience in rolling out a template to new plants
- Ability to adapt to use of existing methodology and tools - Sharepoint, Excel, Basic Project tools
- Business process knowledge in the manufacturing industry - Plan, Make, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service, and Finance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse and global teams and stakeholders.
