About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience with SAP PM modules and exposure to real-world applications of Plant Maintenance within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. As an SAP PM Intern, you will work closely with the SAP PM/IT teams to support maintenance processes, assist in troubleshooting, and help drive efficiency improvements in asset management.
What You Will Do Support SAP PM Operations: Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP PM modules for maintenance processes.
Data Management: Assist in data entry, validation, and maintenance within SAP PM, ensuring accurate data for preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and asset tracking.
User Support: Provide first-level support for SAP PM end-users, helping resolve system-related issues and troubleshooting errors.
Documentation and Training: Help create and update user manuals, guides, and training materials for SAP PM functionality and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize plant maintenance workflows and support initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Maintenance, and Operations, to support system improvements and resolve issues.
Who You Are Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP, preferably SAP PM or related SAP modules.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
