Your Role
Your Impact
- Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution, determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals
- Acting as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams
- Performing estimates and manage planning
- Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with ERP Manager and IT Vendors
- Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs
- Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (MM/SD) based on business requirements
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Management & Shipping
- Intercompany Logistics and Invoicing
- Billing
- Inventory Management
- Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
- Application support and training of end-users
- Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines
About You
- MSc or Ph.D. degree in Information Technology or similar
- System Integration consulting experience is a plus;
- SAP Certification is a must;
- +5 years of experience in the same role and function;
- Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications;
- Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration;
- Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules SD (Sales, Pricing, Billing) and MM/Logistics (Inventory Management, Delivery Management);
- Knowledge of WM module is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a must;
- Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel
- Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence;
- Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end-users.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks;
- Proficient English both written and oral;
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
