We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.In this role you will focus on ongoing management/maintenance of Avio Aero's SAP environments, services & operations ensuring business continuity, capacity management, incident response.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day operational execution of SAP Application Maintenance Support and SAP infrastructure serviceWork with the Digital Technology Operations Leader for helping to develop the strategy & implementation for the whole DT Operations streamGovernance all related SAP Services and incident according the IT Service Agreement with external providerSupervise internal and external audits on SAP landscape (SAP R/3-ECC, SAP EWM, Spazio middleware and interfaces with external system to SAP), including SOX and CMMC audit requirementsSupervise and coordinate the outsourced service delivery teams, control, track and report both technical and costs aspectsManage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts, interacting directly with other cross-functional support teams for timely resolution of production application issuesBuild strong team relationships with multiple stakeholders including business, support teams, vendors, and end usersManage and drive relationship with suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution, by reducing the need to escalate to vendorsQualification/RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred, in Computer Science or related disciplines or Engineering or High School DiplomaSignificant experience in the SAP environmentsExperience in cross-application build of processes (i.e. interface management) or AMS topic management or Role and Profiles GovernanceExperience with multiple infrastructures & architectures elementsAbility to lead and run remote teams, act independently and as part of a teamHigh level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environmentFluent Italian and good English knowledgeWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills?Product Owner SAP, Middleware and inbound/outbound interfacesManagement of AMS SAP, Basis, Infrastructure, Identity and Access ManagementManagement SAP Audit (SOX, CMMC and financial audits)What we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
