This position reports to Global IS Department Mgr, ERP GCC Your role and responsibilities ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a strong background in Material Management module / Supply Chain processes to support projects and implementations in the countries part of the "Italian cluster".
The work model for the role is: #LI_Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Designing and assisting development of business process working directly with the business to provide the best solutions managing deliverables as well as activities.
Building strong relationships within the business.
Collecting & analyzing requirements from local business (mainly Italy/France but also Croatia-Serbia) and from ABB Group.
Documenting all the requirements properly in the specific application.
Creating and maintaining the Business Blueprint (BBP - detailed process description and requirements document).
Providing Functional Specifications to Technical team for any Customized developments.
Performing internal test and supporting user's test if needed.
Guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
Coordinating with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.
Proactively supporting the introduction, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services.
Creating and executing plans for SAP requirements and revising as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
Ensuring that timelines are met as defined.
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
Supporting the Application Run Organization in the incident and problem resolution when functional verification is required.
Analyzing and understanding Divisions' Supply Chain demand, coming from the sites of the cluster (Italy and France mainly), identifying the optimum IS solutions and ensuring delivery of these solutions.
Mapping Supply Chain business processes and recommending processes/projects that will result in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality.
This role will work closely with business functions across all locations in the cluster, developing and supporting the business from a systems, quality, process and compliance perspective.

Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in SAP MM / WM module and strong integration with Logistic execution, Production and Sales modules.
You have 5 years of experience as SAP MM Functional Analyst with at least 2 full SAP project implementations.
Experiences considered as a plus: S/4 HANA implementation, SAP Ariba, SAP QM, SAP GTS, DMS, experience in WMS implementation/process as well as ABAP skills oriented to debugging.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP eWM and Supply Chain processes.
You are passionate about developing strong relationships and creating team working experience.
You are innovative around challenging traditional solutions.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or economics or a similar discipline.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
Availability to travel occasionally to ABB locations.
