What will be your challenge and goal?
Lead Knowledge Transition of SAP HR (PAYROLL) for large SAP system from existing vendor.
Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams.
Lead/Build Mentor an offshore delivery team compromising of varied level of skills experience – as needed.
Contribution in SAP HR (PAYROLL) area to solving tickets against SLA.
Run production issue calls get to a resolution including but not limited to Troubleshooting complex production issues.
Proactively find implement improvement opportunities - improvements implemented shall be a KPI.
Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs.
Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.
Follow AMS/AVM processes ensure the entire team adheres to it.
Adhere to SLAs ensure the team adheres to the SLAs.
Prepare/Present status reports as needed.
Participate and drive Weekly Operational Meetings (WOM) calls with business stakeholders for the respective module.
What will make you successful in this position?
At least 5+ years of experience as a SAP HR (PAYROLL) consultant.
Excellent knowledge in Payroll /HR to Fi/Co integration / Time Management/Personal Administration.
Experience with Integrated HR and Rostering Solutions.
Exposure to SAP Fiori and an understanding of user experience (UX) concepts.
Knowledge in any other SAP functional areas – will be added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in onsite-offshore model.
Willingness to work in L2, L3 roles.
Prior Experience in AMS is desired.
Strong communication skills both in Italian and English.
