Sap Fico Consultant

- Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience as an SAP FICO consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and controlling (FICO) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Centre Accounting (CCA).
- Experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP FICO, including configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Expertise in financial processes and reporting, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects or greenfield implementations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define processes, and align on system improvements.
- Lead the financial and controlling module implementation, ensuring the solution meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules.
- Perform data migration and system integration activities during SAP S/4HANA upgrade or implementation projects.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and offering ongoing optimization of the SAP FICO system.
- Assist in SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including preparation, execution, and post-migration support.
- Deliver training and user documentation to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system by end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO features, particularly in SAP S/4HANA, and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls in the SAP FICO system configuration.
