Time for you to make a MOVE! You will be part of the TMHE Purchasing Governance Team that oversees the overall structure in Purchasing within TMHE and within all entities located in 20 countries within Europe.
In this position, you are responsible for evaluating SAP reports on Vendor Master Data. You will track in the reports data gaps and data errors requiring correction.
You will contact the relevant TMHE entities and departments responsible to obtain the correct data to drive correction and will follow up on the execution of the corrections.
As SAP implementation is an ongoing project at this time, for the entities where SAP is not yet implemented, you can assist the implementation teams in evaluating the quality of the data in the current ERP(s), as well as in taking actions to have such data transferred into SAP in a correct and complete format.
Your Challenge Ensure correctness of Vendor Master Data in SAP. Drive and follow up on data corrections across 30 TMHE entities in 20 countries. Track and monitor data errors over time to identify highest error-risk areas (entities/departments). Re-train highest risk areas on Master Data Entry to reduce future errors. As you will work together with TMHE entities across 20 countries within Europe, occasional travel will be required. Your profile Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP. Knowledge of SAP (experience in working with Master Data especially) is a major asset. Knowledge in M3 (current TMHE main ERP) and/or Power BI are an added value, but not an absolute requirement. Be precise and meticulous in data analysis for correctness and completeness of the data. Fluent communication in English. Able to occasionally travel within Europe.
