SAP CRM/CX Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) Full-time | permanent | Munich | mobile working What you can expect with us You are the contact person and guide when it comes to our customer-centric orientation of company processes. You initiate process and IT innovations to digitalize our business processes in the CRM areas of sales, service and marketing. You transfer and transform today's SAP CRM processes into the future SAP CX and S/4HANA architecture You are responsible for the development and implementation of new epics and user stories (GitLab) and work in an agile manner with the relevant departments You process support and incident reports.
