The role of SAP C4C Support Specialist must provide assistance to all companies of the BLM Group (worldwide) that have implemented our C4C model, advising and supporting internal collaborators, interfacing with consultants and suppliers to offer the most effective and satisfactory IT service.
Main responsibility
Learn and understand all aspects of the C4C business and configuration solution implemented by BLM GROUP;
Provide assistance to all Group companies (worldwide) that have implemented our C4C model (both for sales and service), with particular attention to problems and technical aspects;
Collaborate with external suppliers during C4C roll-out projects on other companies in the group, providing where required to configure the system for both Sales and Service;
Advise and direct internal collaborators (particularly in the Sales and Service areas) in the correct ways of using C4C.
Main activities
Creation of new system configurations and/or development with C4C SDK in case of application support or new roll-outs;
Monitoring, analysis and optimization of reference business processes, with particular attention to error analysis in the C4C environment;
Management of suppliers/consultants, providing necessary and accurate inputs to solve the problems encountered and management of the escalation process until the problem is resolved;
Learning and management of existing work procedures, and related documentation, with proposal of new ways of working, where necessary.
About 15% of travel abroad is foreseen.
Must have
At least a three-year degree in economics or equivalent;
Experience in the role sought, supporting IT projects or products in the field of sales and marketing;
At least 2 years of experience on C4C (for Sales and for Service);
Practical knowledge of the C4C SDK platform tool;
Practical knowledge of the general and business configuration of C4C;
Experience working in international environments, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company;
Experience with functional analysis;
Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2-C1 of the European reference framework);
Organizational skills: results-oriented, precision, autonomy, punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks;
Ability to work in a team, explaining concepts and ideas clearly and comprehensively, discussing with colleagues, to find the best solutions and propose them in a constructive way.
Nice to have
Professional knowledge of an additional foreign language (level B1-B2 of the European reference framework).
