We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Expert to join Supply Chain Processes, Systems and Digitalization Team within Operational Excellence and SC Transformation function and lead the transformation of our Supply Chain operations. The primary mission of this role is to define the optimized SAP template to manage the factories through a unified Manufacturing System in collaboration with Process Drivers and Global Business Experts. The role will also involve providing support to IS Business Partners and IT Business Project Managers in the implementation of SAP and the migration to SAP4HANA across all Production Centers.
Your Mission Define and implement the SAP template for Supply Chain operations. Create a network of Global Business Experts in SC functions and factories. Collaborate with Process Drivers and Business Experts to streamline and digitalize manufacturing processes. Support IS Business Partners and IT Business Project Managers in SAP implementation and migration to SAP 4HANA. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function through SAP solutions, evaluating and prioritizing requests. Provide expertise in SAP systems and processes to optimize Supply Chain performances. Contribute to Sidel Governance and Procedure compliance through the definition and maintenance of SAP users' profiles. Your Profile Qualifications and experiences: Bachelor's degree or above. Languages: Fluent English; Italian or French is an advantage. Experience in SAP and/or SAP 4HANA. Previous experiences in highly digitalized Industrial Companies as an IT Business Analyst or covering a relevant role in Supply Chain or as a Transformation Project Manager. Competences and skills: Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and processes, including Supplier Management and Sales & Operations Planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
