Responsibilities 1+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Sales Representative in the Professional Haircare industry. Conduct market research and analysis, targeting clients and prospects. Develop long-term relationships through appropriate customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets. Support salon partners to differentiate themselves and grow their salon business. Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Be fully available and flexible to travel (even abroad), if required. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business. Results-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets. Ability to handle unexpected challenges independently, maintaining composure and making informed decisions. Motivated to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment.
