**Required profile and experience**
**Must to have**:
- 6+ years as CRM Business Analyst/client frontend/process designer
- 5 years experience in large/enterprise projects (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience in project planning
- 5years experience in unit and integrated testing
- Experience in 1° level debug
**Nice to have**:
- Salesforce experience
**Technical skills**:
- Jira or other project/ticket management tools
- Requirements governance/user guide
- Testbook
