The Sales Transformation Intern provides support to the sales capability and digitalization team. In collaboration with the sales capability and digitalization team, he/she will have the opportunity to acquire experience and skills in the development of capability solutions as well as in the area of sales digitalization tools and support. The internship is structured as a balance between recurring tasks and ad hoc requests & project support. The intern will be provided with a balanced holistic and well-rounded experience covering a variety of skills and knowledge areas.
Main Tasks Collect and disseminate sales capability contentConvert sales specific content into learning solution ready formats, including platforms such as e-content as well as formal learning contentSupport sales digital tools with user support, data dissemination and communicationUpload promo information into sales automation tool platformManage the reporting and communication of sales KPI'sWhat we look for Solid background: A candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you have an educational background which is complemented by a proactive approach. You are able to communicate effectively and to collaborate with diverse teams.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and Italian and are able to effectively communicate in a diverse environment.
