We are looking for a student to join our Retail Excellence & Sales Training team as intern, within the Worldwide Sales Training Department based in Rome.
The Intern will support the team in the following main activities:
Support in the data analysis and periodical (bi-monthly) e-learning completion report shared at a WW Level + spot analysis with focus on punctual training programs.Support in the creation of custom report on Learning Platforms and spot analysis to boost specific countries performances.Monitor and keep clean Learning Platform users' database, being the point of contact with Local Trainers, HR and IT teams.Support local training team to update the training dashboard, as well report and insights on a quarterly basis (set placeholders, follow up, data check).Support the organization of all the digital live training sessions cross-categories (sending invitation, sharing and supporting in the prework activities, tracking and monitoring the participants, upload of all materials in our share folder, managing zoom breakout-rooms, zoom chat).Support in the creation of digital content and formats using authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Canva and assist the team with content upload and usability tests.Ongoing update of the team calendar with Train The Trainer session, Trainers e-academy, selling sessions ensuring there is no overlapping among events and, when possible, accomplish markets' specific requests.Support training team in creating presentations, guidelines, feedback questionnaires, and surveys to be sent to local training community and consolidate replies (to questionnaires/surveys).Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: Masters' Degree.Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) – a plus familiarity with ZOOM / Teams platforms. Use of tools like Canva, Articulate Rise and GEN AI.Fluency in Italian and English.Competencies: Data analysis.Planning and Organization.Adaptability.Distinctive relational and communication skills.Strong customer focus.Curiosity & Proactivity, able to think "out of the box."Drive for results.
