For our Drives Division, we are looking for a new **Sales Trainee** that will be able to contribute energetically to business development with Clients and Prospects based in Piedmont Area.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Identify new potential Business sectors, develop new Customers, and consolidate the relationship with the current Customer Portfolio.
- Support the creation of sales strategies within the creating of business plan.
- Achievement of the objectives in terms of forecast, customer satisfaction, following the shared planning of commercial strategies.
- Reporting activities and data analysis related to the selling and Market Intelligence.
- Using of Danfoss's tools and relationship with the internal stakeholders as Business Developer, Marketing and Technical Support, with the select and purpose the most competitive Danfoss Solution.
**Background & Skills**:
- Educational background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent culture.
- Previous first experience in similar role gained in Automation Industry is a plus.
- Knowledge related to electric drives and motors.
Familiarity with topics such as communication networks, integrated security and motion control.
- Available for trips nationwide.
- Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
