As a Sales and Therapy Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission to restore health and improve quality of life through cutting-edge device and management solutions for Structural Heart disease.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Expertise: - Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.
- Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.
Sales Performance: - Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.
- Provide input to enhance overall state performance.
- Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.
Relationship Building: - Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.
- Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.
- Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager.
Product Support: - Assist with product marketing and launches.
- Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.
- Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.
Ethical Approach: - Demonstrate sound ethical character.
- Prioritize customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications: - University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
- Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
- Customer-focused and service-minded.
- Team-oriented problem solver.
