As a Sales and Therapy Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission to restore health and improve quality of life through cutting-edge device and management solutions for Structural Heart disease.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.Provide input to enhance overall state performance.Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager.Product Support: Assist with product marketing and launches.Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.Ethical Approach: Demonstrate sound ethical character.Prioritize customer needs and solutions.Qualifications: University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.Customer-focused and service-minded.Team-oriented problem solver.Join us in advancing the standard of care and making a meaningful impact.
