Main FunctionsThe resource will be included in a dedicated training course, also abroad in other companies of the Group, at the end of which her/his tasks will be the following:
Develop new products (bakery ingredients) and markets, acquiring and retaining new customers (resellers, production companies, large-scale distribution).Technically present new products to customers, demonstrating their quality and managing technical aspects according to market requirements.Work about 30% of the time to meet customers with the sales manager, and get to know the R&D and production realities of the other companies in the Group. The remaining time will be spent working in the sales office.Report to the sales manager.Carry out budgeting and reporting to the Group and liaise with the company's and the Group's technical and sales consultants.Technical SkillsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.Experience in the food-baking sector (senior).Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.Excellent computer knowledge, particularly of Excel.Personal AbilitiesRequired: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Availability for relocation in the province of Florence.Willingness to travel and make frequent assignments.About LallemandLallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
