A Day in the Life NGC Medical needs you to boost the Distribution Business across Italy. If you are a biomedical engineer with inspiring commercial skills, through this role you will join a vibrant environment, dealing with cutting-edge technologies and interacting with all the company support functions.

The Distribution Sales & Technical Representative should have a technical background and valuable commercial skills in order to meet the Annual Operations Planning, through a clear understanding of the product portfolio.

Responsibilities Providing clinical, technical, and promotional support to sales force, physicians and hospital staff. Maintain and update promotional material and clinical information. Create, promote materials and evidence for markets. Product management (product definition, launches, promotion, tender management, forecasting, inventory, etc.). Coordinating and implementing specific marketing plans, therapy and product marketing, marketing communication, clinical activities to ensure market penetration of Distribution products and tactics for Distribution products, to meet strategic and annual revenue goals. Technical assistance in the operating room for new products. Maintaining a factual awareness related to market and customer needs. Keeping in contact with KOLs and other healthcare professionals through participation in physician conventions, sales calls and other customer contacts to better understand the market and respond to market needs. Making new valuable contacts with KOLs and medical specialties related to markets. Planning and performing recurrent training to Sales Force to ensure that an up-to-date product and system knowledge is ensured, while high levels of individual performance are achieved. Monitoring the competition for each line of product. Market scouting to identify new cutting-edge products to be onboarded and distributed. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience serving as a TC or similar roles in Interventional Cardiology. Willing to travel. Fluency in English. Driven commercial skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Strong interpersonal skills. Nice to Haves Based in North-East Italy. Experience also as a TC serving Vascular Surgery and or Interventional Radiology. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and independent. Problem-solving approach. Positive and proactive attitude.
