We are looking for a Sales Team Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Milano, Italy. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment.
Teltonika's telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will: Lead, teach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics. Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization. Organize and conduct training and support for sales team until representatives will be strong enough to play independently. Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly. Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth. Ensure order tracking and correction and coordinate technical inquiries. Help the Regional Sales Director and other assigned tasks. What we expect of you: A minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales experience, in a comparable role within the technology products market. Experience in leading and scaling a sales team, ideally managing a minimum of 3 people. Native or highly fluent Italian language and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written). Leadership qualities, excellent time management, and a team-oriented mindset with critical thinking abilities. Ability to analyse information, make decision independently, and plan strategically. Results-focused personality with a proven track record. Strong presentation and business communication skills. A full Italian driving license and access to your own vehicle.
