Our Client is an international chain of Sports, Fitness and Wellness clubs.
As part of the business expansion in Italy, we are recruiting a
SALES TEAM LEADER
**Location**: Modena
Role
Reporting to the Club Manager and Group Sales Manager, the appointee will:
Manage, support and develop continuously a small team of 4 junior sales
Ensure that the team reaches ambitious targets in terms of club memberships sold
Ensure quantitative and qualitative performance in terms of conversion of enquiries into sales
Ensure the efficient organisation and execution of the team's sales activities
Ensure optimum customer experience
Manage a budget
Work flexible hours for 5 days over a 7-day week
Conduct regular weekly and monthly team meetings
Participate in international Sales meetings
Carry out reporting
Contribute to ensuring an optimum working environment as well as customer experience
Spend the first month of employment in training abroad
University Degree or High-School leaving certificate
Emotional or Service sales-training appreciated
2-3+ years Sales and Salespeople coordination / management experience from within the hospitality, retail, sports or similar sectors
Good English for internal Group communication and training; also to develop a career in the Group
Experienced in holding team meetings
Experienced in reporting
Able to manage a budget
Digitally literate
Experience from an international group appreciated
Willing to work flexible hours
Willing to spend the first month of employment abroad in Europe for training
Team player, presentable, self-motivated, good communication skills
Keen to take on increased responsibility as the business expands
Excellent development prospects in a solid and expanding international group
