**About the role**:
Support and work closely with Regional Sales Managers to achieve the overall Student Recruitment targets and profit goals across the entire product portfolio within UP Education for China & NZ Onshore team. Although based in China, this role may need room for flexibility to work during the hours of 10am - 7pm (NZ time) to suit New Zealand market demand on an occasional frequency.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Support regional sales managers regarding all recruitment activities such as UP-held events and agents' training/visit/fairs/events, etc.
- Assist regional sales managers to explore and develop new student recruitment channels such as feeder schools, etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide full sales toolkit and materials based on market and customer demand.
- Collect market intelligence to support sales decisions; Conduct data analysis based to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Explore the potential of building Alumni networks across all UP Education products to support NSE recruitment.
- Conduct relevant administrative work to support Regional Sales Managers to achieve the sales targets.
**About you**:
- A Bachelor's degree or above level qualification
- A sales-driven attitude with innovative ideas and actions
- Experience and knowledge on overseas education systems is a bonus
- High-level interpersonal communication skills inclusive of writing and verbal communication in Chinese and English
- Effective Team Player
- Proven ability to organize own workload and cope with simultaneous demands
- Innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and recommendations for improvements
- Self-motivated attitude; The ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, on own initiative and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Willingness to work in flexible timezone and travel from time to time; willingness to rearrange working hours to covert weekends and evenings in support of events.
