As a Sales Administration support you will join Motorola Mobility, based in Dubai, working within the local Sales Team and you will report to our Motorola EMEA Sales Operations Lead. You will be supporting the Go-To-Market teams who work directly with sales & marketing and have close involvement with our key customers as well as our Financial Planning & Analysis team. We are looking for an individual happy to work in a fast paced, varied and highly interactive role, that will: Support business and finance functions and analyze data at country, business unit, key account and product levels. Create reports to monitor customer deals across MEA region.Support and drive customer discount and rebate process with ownership for MEA processes for payments and controls.Drive process enhancements and efficiency improvements. Expectation that role will develop in the short/mid term to encompass country level control.Liaise with Credit, AR and Accounting functions to provide support to the Go-to-market team and to ensure a smooth sales process and avoid credit issues Your scope of Responsibilities: Support Sales Structure from a Finance stand point; Developing professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues; Gathers data and prepares reports and spreadsheets; Provides well-informed observations, analysis, and recommendations; Supports Accounting month-end closing activities.
