Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will create and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specifications or requirements/budget to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company.

You will be mainly accountable for: Formulating competitive bids/estimates/quotations, considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations.Ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner with appropriate detail, including full and accurate costs.Managing the preparation of all technical, financial, and project management aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation.Ensuring that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures.Managing external services to support bid preparation such as translations and governmental approvals.Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer/order and recording assumptions and decisions taken during the development process.Regularly reporting the status of the bids/estimates/quotations using defined tools and analyzing reasons for tenders being lost and won.Identifying potential risks in bids, quotations, estimates, and related contract agreements.Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.Providing necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers.Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and evaluating supplier offers.Collaborating with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests to subcontractors. Qualifications for the role: Skilled in the industrial automation sector with a specific background in process analytical systems.5 or more years of experience in a similar role managing projects involving analytical systems.Passionate about customer orientation and enjoy working in a team.Degree in Environmental, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.Proficient in communicating in Italian and English.Availability for short to medium-term travel (from 1 day to 2-3 weeks) within the national territory and abroad.
